Gifts and Trading
There is no trade window in Steal an Egg. You can still give a friend a stolen egg by dropping it near the safe zone line.

Give an Egg
- Do not cross the line yourself, or the egg goes in your inventory.
- Anyone in the server can grab a dropped egg, so stay close.
- The guardian chases whoever holds the egg. In far biomes it moves fast.
Hatched Pets
- Guides differ here. One says gifts were turned off after players copied pets. Others say a Gift prompt still shows when you stand next to a friend.
- If you see a Gift prompt in the game, check the name and the pet first. A gift is final.
Robux Gifts
- The shop has a gift box beside the featured egg. Ask a grown-up before you spend Robux.
- Both players need the same pricing region, or the gift will not work.
Stay Safe
- No website can add pets to your account.
- There are no codes in this game. Anyone selling one is lying.
- Never give anyone your password, even a friend.
- Never pay real money for a pet. Roblox does not allow it.
- If someone asks for any of this, tell a grown-up you trust.
Common Questions
Can you trade in Steal an Egg?
No. There is no trade window. You can only drop a stolen egg for a friend.
Can I give a pet to an offline friend?
No guide shows a way. You both need to be in the same server.
Are there trade values?
No trading means no trade values. See income on the Tier List.
