Common Questions
Do alerts work with EggPing closed?
No. Keep EggPing open in a tab. On a phone, keep it on the screen, as phones pause pages in the background.
How fast is an alert?
Usually under a minute after the egg spawns. The ping takes 20 to 40 seconds to reach us. Then EggPing shows it in a few seconds.
Does EggPing know my picks?
No. Your picks stay on this device. We never see them, and we cannot contact you.
Why did I get no pop up?
Your browser may block pop ups, like on a school Chromebook. Alerts still show on the page.
