Talk to Paranoid Pete at Spawn and solve the pipe puzzle on his broken machine, so he gives you the Signal Decoder.
When a UFO spawns, its screen shows a bar from 0% to 100% that fills as you run closer. At 100% it names the biome with the UFO, which can be any biome.
